At Parkside, our own skate shop, receiving new inventory meant reading vendor invoice PDFs, typing product details, creating size variants, hunting for images, setting prices, and building receiving records by hand. Hours of back-office work per shipment.

We built an AI workflow that handles the full path from invoice to storefront:

• Reads the invoice PDF and extracts styles, UPCs, sizes, quantities, costs, and freight
• Groups line items into clean Shopify products with size variants, SKUs, and barcodes
• Writes titles, descriptions, SEO fields, tags, and Google Shopping metadata
• Finds product images, audits their quality, upscales when needed, and preps uploads with alt text
• Checks the store for duplicates by style, title, color, and barcode before creating anything
• Builds the purchase order / inventory transfer with freight allocation and landed cost
• Outputs a review workbook so a human audits everything before it publishes
